The Palm Flower will contain ten units, each occupying an entire floor. Units range in size from 9,000 to 18,300 square feet and have double-height floors. Each apartment will have its own private infinity pool, wrap-around garden terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf. The Palm Flower units were initially expected to be priced between AED 60m and AED 200m. This expectation was revised in November 2022 to between AED 95m and AED 250m. The lobby will contain planted reflection pools and private elevators that open directly into the apartments. The basement will contain personalised parking pods. The architectural deign is inspired by the palm flower. The building will feature an integrated ultra-efficient air distribution system. A mega-penthouse, which occupies to top two floors, is the largest and most expensive unit.
